General support and feedback
Music Tools Lab support is currently handled through the project owner's public GitHub profile. Visit github.com/asdfas988 and use any contact method or public issue tracker the owner has made available there.
When reporting a tool problem, include the page address, browser and device, the file format and approximate duration, the action you took, and the error text shown on screen. That context is usually enough to reproduce an issue without receiving your file.
Protect your privacy
Do not send or publicly post an audio file, personal identifier, confidential project, account credential or legal document. Music Tools Lab tools process selected audio locally, so support should not need a copy of the music. If a private contact method is not displayed on the owner profile, do not put sensitive details in a public GitHub message.
For questions about personal information or advertising technologies, read the Privacy Policy first and identify only the type of request you want to make. Because Music Tools Lab has no account system or database of tool history, we may not hold information that can be linked to you.
Accuracy and usage questions
If a BPM, key, genre or vocal-reduction result seems unexpected, the fastest next step is usually the Privacy & accuracy guide. It explains half-time and double-time tempo, uncertain harmony, broad style estimates, center cancellation and browser format differences.
Security reports
Please report a suspected security problem responsibly and provide the affected route, a concise description and safe reproduction steps. Do not access data that is not yours, disrupt the live service or publish exploit details before there has been a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
